Notes

The New Zealand Deprivation Index is a measure of socioeconomic status calculated for small geographic areas, using a range of variables from the 2006 Census of Populations and Dwellings. The sum of people seen across all deprivation quintiles is greater than the number of people seen in 2011/12, as some people were recorded as living in more than one deprivation quintile during this period.
