Notes
The majority of texts accounted for are test messages. Test messaging is conducted on a daily basis within the EMG Centres as part of BCP practices. Test messages are also sent from the Whispir admin team. All tests are to ensure the service is open with no network/connectivity issues. From past analysis, the actual count of ‘Genuine’ or text messages from ‘Registered Users’ is approximately on average 1-3 per week
