Ministry of Health

health.govt.nz

The Ministry of Health works across the health sector to deliver better health outcomes for New Zealanders. The MOH leads New Zealand’s health and disability system, and has overall responsibility for the management and development of that system. The MOH seeks to improve, promote and protect the health and well-being of New Zealanders through: its leadership of New Zealand’s health and disability system, advising the Minister of Health and government on health issues, directly purchasing a range of national health and disability support services, and providing health sector information and payment services for the benefit of all New Zealanders.

We work with providers to ensure their data is correctly represented on Figure.NZ. We could not operate at all without the involvement of providers, and we are very grateful for their willingness to engage with us.
