Reports of Concern: Reports of concern are received from members of the public, family or whānau, the Police, schools, health professionals, or other government or community agencies about the wellbeing of a child or young person. These reports indicate children or young people who may require support. Reports of concern are assessed by a social worker to decide if further action is required.
Reports of concern requiring further action in the form of Assessment or Investigation: These reports of concern have been assessed by a social worker to decide if further action is required by Oranga Tamariki. Some children and young people may have more than one report of concern requiring further action in the period shown.
Care and Protection Family Group Conferences: The number of children or young people who have been involved in a Care and Protection Family Group Conference during the period shown.
